DAMAGED ITEMS
We strive to have every order arrive undamaged, but we understand things happen. If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:
-If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at Info@greyhorsecandles.com within 7 days of delivery.
-Please save the original shipping box until the issue is resolved.
-Please take detailed photos of the shipping box and the damaged item(s) and attach it to your email. We'll submit these photos to the mail carrier on your behalf.
-Please provide the original order number with your email.
-Once we receive the pictures and verify the damage, we will either refund the full amount or send you a new product. For items that are no longer in stock, we will refund the full amount plus shipping charge to the original payment method.
