-We accept returns & exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused, unlit candles in   their original condition and packaging. Please contact us at Info@greyhorescandles.com   to begin the return/exchange process.

-Due to the nature of some products, reed diffusers, room sprays, and body products cannot be returned or exchanged. 

-Used or burned candles cannot be returned.

-Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

-Proof of purchase is required. Please provide an order number.

-Please return the item using the original shipping box and packing materials.
